Jeffery Fedor Jr. is the current assistant coach at Baldwin Wallace University as well as the previous head coach of Padua Franciscan High School located in Parma, OH. At this date Jeff has contributed to the creation and or assisted in creating numerous lacrosse clubs throughout the state of Ohio.
In 2006 Jeff met with Ashland University representation in hopes to bring back their lacrosse program that was on a twenty year hiatus. A new club team was formed and in 2007 returned to the field of play. In 2008, Jeff was a player / coach and led the Ashland Eagles to their first victories (and first winning season) in over twenty years. Upon graduating he was brought onto the Brunswick Lacrosse Club and became and integral part of their coaching staff.
In 2009, Jeff created the Brunswick Wolfpack Lacrosse Club, a mens 18+ travel team. This team travels in and out of Ohio and plays collegiate club teams such as (but not limited to) Ashland University, Capital University, Findlay College, Ohio Northern University, Wayne State University, University of California (PA), Kent State University, Akron University and many more!
In 2010, Fedor was hired to be the first head coach in Padua Franciscan lacrosse history and led the Bruins to an inaugural regular season record of 12-2. This brought the Bruins of Padua a first round playoff game against Bowling Green HS in which they won.
"If there is one thing I've learned in my years of playing and coaching lacrosse it's that lacrosse players are the most passionate. I know personally I'm always looking for a place to shoot around or play games. Man Up Lacrosse (League) gives players the opportunity they need to stay competitive in the off season and provide them with quality facilities to do so! My only regret is not having this opportunity when I was growing up with the game."
After all of the above accomplishment you think one might slow down. But Jeff has other plans.
"My overall career goal would be to coach collegiate (Division II or Division III) lacrosse. My dream job would be to return to Ashland University and coach their program when they develop into a varsity program"
**UPDATE - Hard work pays off! After six seasons coaching without a losing record and back to back 10+ win seasons plus home playoff victories at Padua Franciscan Jeffery Fedor was hired to join the Baldwin Wallace University coaching staff.
In 2012 the Brunswick Wolfpack announced that they would be expanding their geographic range and would change their name to the Northeast Ohio Mighty Ducks. Fedor still plays for the Ducks and handles all administrative functions.
In 2012 Jeffery was selected by WKYC & High School Sports.Net to be the lacrosse 'coaches corner' article for the 2012 season.

Baldwin-Wallace finished their first season as a varsity program with a winning record of 6-5. Following their season Jeff was selected to be an assistant coach for the up-incoming premier summer lacrosse program 'Xcelerate Lacrosse Cleveland.' "It was an incredible experience to travel out of state and put our best against those from around the North East! What made everything worth it was helping these rising seniors toward their goal of playing in college." Xcelereate Cleveland (rising seniors) finished with a combined record of 10-6 on the summer season.
